From a burst line in a January cold snap to aging Poly-B and failing sewer pipe, we repair and replace the lines that carry water into and out of your home.
These are the repairs homeowners dread, so we make them as clear as we can: we find the failure, show you what we found, and price the fix honestly. Targeted repair where that's genuinely enough, full replacement where it isn't.
Did you know? Regular inspection and maintenance of your water and sewer lines can help catch problems early and prevent costly repairs.
Supply line leaks, pinholes, and full or partial house repiping.
Aging grey Poly-B assessed and replaced with modern PEX supply lines.
Cracked, offset, or collapsed sewer and drainline repair and replacement.
Winter freeze-ups located, thawed, repaired, and protected against.
Buried and hidden lines are exactly where guesswork gets expensive. Digging in the wrong spot, patching a section of pipe that was never the problem, or repiping a house that only needed one run all cost you money for nothing. We locate the failure properly first, then do the smallest fix that genuinely solves it, permitted and warrantied.

Camera and locating equipment tell us exactly where and how deep the failure is. No exploratory digging.
You see the footage or the failed section yourself. We explain what caused it in plain language.
We do the work permitted and to code, with the access kept as small as the job allows. Your property gets protected throughout.
We pressure test, confirm flow, and tidy the site before we go.
Honest answers about Poly-B, sewer failures, and frozen lines for Central Alberta homeowners.

Poly-B is the grey plastic waterline used in a lot of Alberta homes built between the late 1970s and mid 1990s. It becomes brittle with age and chlorine exposure, and failures usually start at the fittings without warning. Not every Poly-B home needs immediate repiping, but many insurers now ask about it, so it's worth having assessed.
Multiple fixtures backing up at once, gurgling toilets, sewer smell in the yard or basement, unusually lush patches of lawn, and repeated main line clogs. A camera inspection confirms it quickly. Catching a failing sewer line before it collapses is far cheaper than dealing with the aftermath.
Yes, and Central Alberta winters keep us busy with them. We locate the freeze, thaw or replace the affected section, and then look at why it froze, whether that's an uninsulated crawlspace run, a shallow buried line, or an unheated wall cavity. Fixing the cause is what stops it happening again next January.
A partial repipe of a problem area often takes a day. A full house repipe typically runs two to four days depending on size, layout, and how much finished wall has to be opened. We give you a realistic schedule up front and keep the water on overnight wherever we can.
Not always. Once we've located the problem with a camera, many failures turn out to be a single joint or section that only needs a targeted excavation. We'll show you where the issue is and what access it requires before any digging starts, along with what restoring the ground will involve.
