Build a career with a business that values you
We're growing the Emberg team across Rimbey, Bentley, Ponoka, Lacombe, and the rest of Central Alberta. If you take pride in clean work, want to work beside Red Seal Journeymen, and would rather fix the root of a problem than patch it, we want to hear from you.
A Family Trade That Passes the Standard On
Our owner Mat, learned this trade from his Dad, and the standard came with it. We want to hand that same standard to the people who help build this business, so our team works to it for each other, not just for the homeowner at the end of the driveway.
Work Alongside a Team of Pros
Be a part of a team that is always learning.
Weekday Hours, No On-Call
Our shop runs Monday to Friday, 8 to 4, so evenings and weekends stay yours to keep.
Local Work, Close to Home
Rimbey-based work across Central Alberta keeps drives short and gets you home for dinner.
Current Openings at Emberg Plumbing
We're a small crew, and roles open as we grow. Even if nothing below fits today, send your resume anyway - we keep good tradespeople on file and reach out when the right seat opens up.
Be the first voice our neighbours hear. You will answer incoming calls, book plumbing and HVAC service and installation appointments in Housecall Pro, keep homeowners updated on arrival times, and handle warranty paperwork and follow-up. We actually answer our phones — this role is why.
Service, install, and troubleshoot residential cooling and heat pump systems — air conditioners, heat pumps, refrigeration equipment, and the controls that run them — for homeowners across Rimbey, Bentley, Ponoka, Lacombe, and Sylvan Lake. You will commission and charge equipment, track down the faults others have missed, and leave every home the way you found it, working to the Alberta safety codes and refrigerant handling standards we hold ourselves to on every job.
Diagnose, service, and install residential plumbing and gas systems — water heaters, water treatment, drainage, repiping, and gas line work — for homeowners across Rimbey, Bentley, Ponoka, Lacombe, and Sylvan Lake. You will find the root of the problem, explain it plainly to the customer, and deliver solutions that are easy to maintain, all in line with the Alberta Plumbing and Gas Codes and our high standards.
