Lake properties have their own set of problems: seasonal shut-downs, cisterns and pressure systems, and lines that freeze the one winter you forget to drain them. We're close by in Rimbey and we handle all of it.

From Parkland Beach and Meridian Beach to Sandy Point and the Aspen Beach side, the lake is close enough to our Rimbey shop that we're out here regularly. Lake plumbing is genuinely different work: seasonal systems, cisterns and holding tanks, pressure tanks instead of town water, and cabins that were built to be used three months a year and are now lived in year-round. We've done the winterizations, the spring start-ups, and the frozen-line repairs that follow when something got missed.

Winterization, water treatment, hot water tanks, and heating make up most lake calls, though we bring the full range out here. One certified team handles the plumbing, the gas, and the heating side.

Most of the bigger plumbing companies are based in Red Deer and treat the lake as a drive. We're just up the road near Parkland Beach, and lake properties are ordinary work for us rather than an exception. That matters most when you're calling from the city about a place you can't get to yourself.
Tell us the property address and what you're dealing with. We handle plenty of jobs for owners who live elsewhere.
We look at the whole system, not just the fixture that failed. Seasonal properties usually have more than one thing going on.
Certified techs, permits where they're needed, and photos if you can't be there. You'll know exactly what was done.
We tell you what we found and what to watch next season.
What cabin owners and year-round lake residents ask us most, from winterization to cisterns.

Yes. We cover the communities around the lake including Parkland Beach, Meridian Beach, Sandy Point, and the properties along the Aspen Beach side. Being based in Rimbey puts us closer to the north and west shores than most Red Deer companies. Give us your address and we'll confirm before booking.
That's one of our regular fall jobs at the lake. We drain the supply lines, blow out what needs blowing out, protect the traps, and shut down the water heater properly so nothing splits over winter. Book in early fall, because everyone wants the same two weeks once the weather turns.
Yes, and a lot of lake properties run on exactly that setup rather than town water. We service and replace pressure tanks, pumps, and cistern fill systems, and we can add filtration where the water quality calls for it. It's routine work for us because so much of our service area is rural.
Often, yes. The plumbing side usually means insulating or rerouting exposed lines, heat tracing where needed, upgrading the water heater, and making sure the heating system can actually hold the place through a cold snap. We'll walk the property and tell you honestly what the conversion involves before you commit.
Call us as soon as you know and we'll get out to locate and repair it. Frozen and split lines at seasonal properties are common in Central Alberta, especially in places that were shut down in a hurry. Once it's repaired we'll show you what caused the freeze so the same spot doesn't go again next winter.

Whether it's winterization, a pressure system, or a repair you can't get out to handle yourself, book online or call and we'll take care of it.
