The part of a renovation you'll never see again is the part worth getting right. We handle layout changes, rough-in, and finish fixtures so your new bathroom or kitchen works as well as it looks.
Whether you're gutting a main bath, finishing a basement bathroom, or moving a kitchen sink to an island, the plumbing decisions happen early and are expensive to revisit. We get involved before the walls close up.
Full gut renos, basement bathroom additions, and ensuite upgrades.
Tubs, showers, toilets, vanities, and faucets installed and sealed properly.
Sink relocations, island runs, dishwasher and fridge line hook-ups.
Drain, vent, and supply rough-in permitted, inspected, and finished.
Once the walls are closed, a poorly vented drain or an undersized supply line is buried for good. Improper venting causes slow drains and sewer smell, and a missed permit can surface years later during a sale. We rough-in to code, get it inspected, and coordinate with your other trades so nobody is waiting on anybody.

We look at your layout and tell you what's easy, what's costly, and why. Better to know before the design is locked in.
You get an upfront quote covering rough-in and finish stages. We pull the plumbing permit for the work.
Drains, vents, and supply lines go in and get inspected while the walls are open. Your other trades can then keep moving.
We return after tile and cabinets to set the fixtures and test everything.
What Central Alberta homeowners ask us when they're planning a bathroom or kitchen project.

We handle the plumbing and gas side of the renovation, which covers layout changes, rough-in, and finish fixture installation. Many of our customers act as their own general contractor and bring us in for those stages. We're used to coordinating with tile setters, cabinet installers, and electricians so the schedule holds together.
Usually yes, though how easily depends on where the drains and vents already run. Moving a sink is generally simple; moving a toilet means relocating a larger drain and maintaining proper slope. We'll tell you early what your layout allows and what it will cost, before you commit to a design.
If you're moving or adding plumbing, yes, a plumbing permit is required in Alberta. Swapping a faucet or vanity in the same location generally isn't. We handle the permit and inspection on the work we do, which protects you when you sell the home or make an insurance claim.
Our work usually happens in two visits. Rough-in typically takes one to two days once walls are open, then we return for finish fixtures after tile and cabinets are in, which is another day or so. The gap between depends on the rest of your renovation schedule, not on us.
Either works. We can supply quality fixtures through our suppliers, or install what you've picked out yourself. If you're buying your own, talk to us before you order, because we can flag the models that cause service headaches later or won't fit your rough-in.
